Making Reservations

Online reservations are often easiest and reserve desired dates rapidly. For

Reservations confirmed by credit card Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Reservations: A two night minimum is required. Exceptions, if available, require an additional fee. Usually, the first night’s stay
secures the reservation. Reserving
both homes, weddings, weekly or monthly stays and/or holidays require a
50% deposit. Balances remaining
after the initial payment will be charged to the credit card at the end
of the cancellation period unless arrangements have been previously made.
Rates: Rates are
listed online. Click on the blue
oval to see rates for specific dates and the number of guests requested. Starview Lodge can accommodate up to
six guests and Longhorn Lodge up to eight guests. Guests over the maximum will be
charged at $100 each per night.
Cancellation Policies:
Most reservations require a cancellation before 14 days
prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund (minus a $25 service
fee). Reservations cancelled within
the cancellation period are charged in full ONLY if the reservation
cannot be rebooked. Every attempt
is made to rebook cancelled reservations.
If
cancellations made within the
cancellation period are not rebooked, a rain check for a weekday stay,
equal to the number of days cancelled, may be available within one year
based upon season and availability.
No-show
reservations are not refundable.
Shortening the length of a stay within the cancellation period
results in a charge for the full stay unless the cancelled days can be
rebooked.
Reservations
for multiple homes, weekly or monthly stays, holidays and special events
may incur a 30 to 60 day cancellation and additional service fees. Wedding
reservations are nonrefundable. Please inquire before reserving your
stay.

Arrival and Departure times:
Check-in is
anytime after 4:00 pm. When
possible, we try to be here to greet you personally. Your confirmation, emailed after your
reservation is processed, will give you directions to the ranch, ranch
access information and our cellular phone number. Please e-mail or call to let us know
your arrival time so that plans may be arranged in our absence or your
late arrival time.
Check-out
time is by 11:00 am. Should you
desire additional time, please ask if it is possible. As we only have a few hours to ready
the house for the next guests, late checkouts without authorization may
be charged an additional fee.
Smoking:
Canyon Lake ranch vacation homes are smoke
free. Smoking is allowed on the
pool deck and porches only. Fire
prevention in the hill country is serious; please fully extinguish all
smoking materials carefully and use care with the barbeque.
Allergy Free:
Starview Lodge is animal free in
consideration of allergic guests.
Pets welcome at Longhorn Lodge ONLY. Both homes are smoke and feather free.
Guest Policies:
Guests at Canyon Lake Ranch are
encouraged to enjoy our facilities.
Unregistered friends of guests are welcome to stop by to see the
ranch with advance notification. These
short visits do not include use of the pool, sauna, or hot tub. Unregistered day visitors incur a $75
per person fee for stays longer than three hours.
Amenities:
All stays includes a fresh fruit basket, a
complimentary bottle of wine, cookies, coffee, teas, popping corn, and
bedside chocolates. Guest robes and hot tub towels are also
included.
